Job Description
As a Java Developer on our Finance Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable Java-based applications that will drive our financial products and services. Your contributions will directly impact key operations in the finance industry, with opportunities to work on advanced data processing, real-time systems, and financial transaction platforms.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java-based applications for our financial products, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and other developers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Participate in system design, architecture decisions, and code reviews.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

Experience
:3+ years of experience in Java development with a strong understanding of Java frameworks and technologies (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, Java EE). Solid understanding of financial systems, trading platforms, or payment systems. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL), with hands-on experience in writing optimized queries and data modeling. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and propose innovative solutions. Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git), build automation tools (e.g., Maven, Jenkins), and CI/CD practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile development environment is a plus.

:Experience with financial technologies such as trading algorithms, payment processing, or risk management platforms. Knowledge of financial instruments, market data feeds, and financial regulations. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with JavaScript or other front-end technologies is a plus.
